You can book your scooter directly through the website. The delivery and collection areas are Mojacar, Los Gallardos, Garrucha, Turre and Vera.
Remember that you must return the scooter with the same level of fuel as when it was delivered. We include two helmets free of charge, a top case, lock and third party insurance.
You can also opt for our full protection cover with comprehensive insurance without any excess, available on our booking form.
To rent a 125cc motorcycle, you need to be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of experience with a category B, A1, or A2 driver’s license.

All our reservations include the transfer service of the vehicle from our facilities to the delivery point you have chosen.
Please note that in summer, due to the high influx of tourists, there may be delays, in which case we will inform you before the delivery time.
To rent a motorcycle, you need to have an identity document (DNI, NIE, or passport), a valid driver’s license in Spain, and a bank card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express).
The minimum age to rent is 21 years old, with a €200 deposit required via bank card.
Our 125cc scooters are approved to carry two people with helmets. The second helmet is included for free when you rent the scooter with Momoto.
There are no additional charges for carrying a second rider, as long as all required documentation is in order and the vehicle’s homologation conditions are respected.
For example, the authorized maximum weight for the Kymco is 159kg.
Parking on sidewalks is not allowed in the Levante Almeriense, and fines for this violation are high.
We recommend not parking between two cars to avoid potential damage to the motorcycle. Don’t forget to use the lock when parking.
There will be no refunds for returning the motorcycle before the time or date specified in the rental agreement, nor for any extras that were contracted.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation with 48 hours’ notice and the full amount will be refunded without any deductions.
If the cancellation is made without notice or with less than 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be given.
The motorcycle is rented with the fuel level indicated in the contract and must be returned with the same amount of fuel.
No refunds will be given for excess fuel upon return.
Yes, we offer Full Protection Insurance, which you can add at the time of booking. The price is €10/day and it includes:
Comprehensive coverage with no excess in case of accident damage.
Assistance in case of refueling with the wrong type of fuel (not included in other options).
Helmet loss coverage.
Repair and transport in case of a flat tire.
A mandatory deposit of €50 via Visa/Mastercard.
Yes, a deposit of €200 is required and can only be made via bank card.
If you include the Full Protection Insurance in your booking, the deposit will be reduced to €50.
These deposits will be released once the motorcycle is returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Depending on the bank, the amount may remain on hold for two to four weeks.
In the event of an accident, the driver must fill out the accident report and inform Momoto as soon as possible.
The report must be handed in directly to Momoto staff within 24 hours. If you have third-party insurance, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of the damages. If you have purchased the Full Protection Insurance, you will be exempt from payment.
In case of theft, both types of insurance require you to cover the full value of the vehicle.
Yes, as long as it’s due to a mechanical failure, a flat tire, or an accident, you will have roadside assistance.
However, in other cases—such as leaving the keys in the ignition and draining the battery, forgetting the keys under the seat or in the top case, losing the keys, running out of fuel, or calling for a tow without a valid reason—a fee of €80 will be charged.
Customers who have purchased the Full Protection Insurance are exempt from this charge.
There are no replacement motorcycles in the event of an accident or theft, except for customers who have purchased the Full Protection coverage—and even then, only subject to fleet availability. The company is under no obligation to provide a replacement motorcycle.
The customer must have the appropriate driving license, be at least 21 years old, and have at least one year of driving experience. If the driver does not know how to operate the motorcycle, the contract will be canceled without any refund.
Momoto reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the customer is not fit to drive or is under the influence of any substance prohibited by authorities.
If you don’t have the Full Protection coverage, flat tires will cost the customer €35. If you continue riding with the flat and damage the tire, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
Roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, and the phone numbers can be found at the bottom of the rental contract.
When booking through our website, you automatically receive third-party insurance. If you want to upgrade it, you must select the Full Protection coverage option at the time of booking.
